Before you can create your fun flower collage pop-up card, you will need to gather a few supplies.

Here is a list of the supplies you will need:

• a couple of pieces of thick watercolour card roughly A4 I use Derwent's watercolour 300gsm paper here
• a small pair of sharp scissors- these are very good
• craft knife and cutting mat -the one I use is this one
• strong glue like Modge Pod
• watercolours or inks (see part 1 for exact colours)
• rubbing alcohol
• salt
• a selection of coloured pencils (full details and colours listed in parts 3,4,5)
• a cloth or kitchen towel
• a selection of brushes -roll mop, round head, small detail
• a jar of water
• a pencil
• cardboard to cover your work surface
• reference imagery - find mine here
• ruler
• paperclips
